On November 1, 2025, the petrochemical industry standard SH/T 3239-2025 'Design Specifications for Personnel Evacuation Facilities in Petrochemical Production Areas', issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, came into effect.

As a participating unit in the standard specification, Gforce recently completed the delivery of China Petrochemical Zhenhai Refining & Chemical's explosion-proof chemical substation and electrical center's ethylene main substation. The two mobile explosion-proof buildings measure 7000mm*10000mm*3800mm, totaling 140 square meters. This project marks the first implementation of an explosion-proof shelter (refuge) in China after the standard specification was adopted.

Gforce strictly adhered to the new standards in design and manufacturing, delivering explosion-proof, airtight, anti-toxic, fire-resistant, communication-enabled, full heat exchange, and constant temperature/humidity control functionalities for this project. The solution provides a quick-installation explosion-proof electrical room for Zhenhai Refining & Chemicals—while ensuring robust safety for power distribution systems in chemical and ethylene facilities.

China Petrochemical Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company is one of the largest petroleum refining and chemical enterprises in China, with a refining capacity of 40 million tons and an ethylene production capacity of 2.5 million tons, managing assets exceeding 100 billion yuan.
